EVOO Extra virgin oil D.O.P. "Pretuziano Delle Colline Teramane" is the fruit of local cultivars, such as leccino, frantoio and straight. Greenish-yellow in color and with a medium fruity flavor, it stands out for its pleasant bitter and spicy sensations. It is especially suitable for grilled meats and vegetables, red sauces, roasted fish, main courses of meat, legume and minestrone soups, aromatic pinzimonies, red pizzas and bruschetta. It is a unique Extra Virgin, not replicable in any other region of Italy or part of the world, as it is the result of specific resources of the Abruzzo-Teramo area.
