  • The main feature of olive wood is its hardness and resistance. The olive wood honey extractor is an elegant tool to be used directly on the table when serving appetizers of aged cheeses that require combinations with honeys of different origins (millefiori, chestnut, acacia, etc.) or fruit jams and compotes, or onions.
  • The particular texture of the wood allows the creation of thicknesses of a few millimeters without compromising its rigidity.
