The agricultural company extends over fertile land hosting approximately 1,300 olive trees, primarily of the Moraiolo variety, typical of Umbria and the province of Perugia. This cultivar gives the oil unmistakable organoleptic characteristics, making it a product of excellence.

For over 50 years, the Carbonetti family has passionately carried forward the olive-growing tradition. The founder, Domenico Carbonetti, an expert olive grower, dedicated his life to the care of olive trees and the production of superior-quality extra virgin olive oil. Today, his granddaughter Alessandra continues this legacy with the same commitment and dedication, exclusively adopting organic farming techniques to ensure a genuine and environmentally friendly product.
