Our company was born in 1992, from an idea of a young couple of agricultural entrepreneurs thanks to their attachment to nature, its fruits and its flavors. Our oil is produced on the hills of Lake Bolsena from ancient olives of mainly Canine variety, cultivars that the ancient Etruscans already cultivated. The extra virgin olive oil obtained has relevant characteristics in terms of health for the right balance between low acidity and richness in polyphenols as well as the pleasantness of its taste and the versatility of use in the kitchen, both raw and cooked.
The early harvest and the immediate extraction of the extra virgin olive oil are the elements that make it a high quality product.
