HOW IS GIOVANNI MURANIA OIL CREATED?
HISTORY OF PASSION AND DEDICATION
Giovanni Murania oil is born in Sicily, in the hills of the Belice Valley: a very pure extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed and unfiltered.
It is obtained from the pressing of 100% Nocellara del Belice olives, produced on the farm of the Murania family, which for 4 generations has been passionately dedicated to the care of the olive groves, combined with the modern skills and innovative spirit of Giovanni, an oenologist by profession but olive grower by passion, putting love and attention into every stage of processing according to the organic farming method. This means that the cultivation of the olive groves takes place without the use of synthetic chemicals. They are in fact fertilized and treated with organic substances, to avoid the use of artificial elements.
Tradition and innovation come together and bring to the table an oil with a fruity and intense flavor, with spicy notes, which contains the aromas of this small portion of Sicily. Our oil, winner of LODO'S SELECTION and the GOLDEN GLASS, is placed in the sector of extra virgin olive oils of excellence, entering the most important global guides in the sector, LODO GUIDE 2023 and IL GRANDE LIBRO DELL'OLIO.
