Immersed in the Tuscan hills a few steps from Arezzo, surrounded by suggestive medieval villages such as Poppi and Bibbiena and the hermitages of La Verna and Camaldoli, with an eye towards the majestic National Park of the Casentinesi Forests, is the "Azienda Agricola Casentinese". The farm, now completely organic, extends over approximately 210 hectares. with an altitude between 500 and 900 meters and has as its main activity the cultivation of organic olives which today has an area of 6.50 ha. and has 1600 plants, organic cattle of the "limousine breed" are raised in the stable and in the adjacent pastures. The varieties of the olive grove are 50% “leccino”, 25% “leccino del corno”, 10% “frantoio” and the remainder “moraiolo”, “lastrino” and “pendolino”. Part of the farm is dedicated to the activity of Agriturismo ("La Collina delle Stelle"), a holiday home dedicated to holidays for groups, today almost exclusively foreigners, with 50 beds.
