The Torre Bonera agricultural company located in the municipality of Menfi, Bonera district, aware of the quality and fruitfulness of its land, with dedication and love already takes care of about 11 hectares of land on which 1500 olive trees live, some of which are secular. Here nature and experience come together to give life to a unique and tasty product. "Bonera" extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the skilful blend of olives of the nocellara, cerasuola and biancolilla varieties, all harvested in the land owned by the family. The drupes are hand-picked and cold pressed in the mill within 24 hours, thus leaving their vitamin contents unaltered and obtaining a very low acidity product with superior organoleptic qualities. The oil is deliberately unfiltered, with a greenish color, a strong and slightly spicy taste, ideal for all types of dishes, especially those of Mediterranean cuisine. "Bonera" extra virgin olive oil is sold in elegant 0.75 liter dark glass bottles and in other formats upon request. The Torre Bonera agricultural company also takes care of its splendid vineyards with professionalism and love, 2 hectares of which are planted with Nero d'Avola, zibibbo and grillo.
