The cultivars that make up this extra virgin olive oil are Frantoio, Leccino and Canino: a perfect blend for a balanced EVO oil which gives a slight spicy note to the taste and a pleasant almond aroma. With a clear green color there are hints of tomato, green apple, thistle, sage, chicory and pepper. It is characterized by a medium-ripe fruitiness with aromatic notes of artichoke and almond where you can rediscover the scents of the Etruscan countryside which has been the homeland of olive cultivation for centuries.
