Olive wood cutting board for Sushi
Made entirely by hand with only seasoned olive wood (at least 2 years), it is composed by 7 boards sandwiched together with epoxy resins suitable for contact with food. It is calibrated on all sides, at the end of the shortest ones there is an inclination of 45° for a comfortable grip. The finish is polished with specific oils that let the grain show up and protect it from water and detergents used for its cleaning. It is suitable for various uses and therefore it can be used not only as a Cutting Board, but also as serving tray for Sushi and Sashimi, or salami, cheese, grilled vegetables, and meat or hot food. After use it is recommended to wash it without ever leaving it to soak and to dry it immediately with a clean towel. It is also an excellent gift as a set of 2/4 or 6 plates and it is possible to ask for customised laser engravings, after sending the graphics (also in PDF format) with delivery in 15 working days.
