Onion pate 125 gr.

The Onion patè is a recipe that preserves the flavor and aroma of traditional Apulian cuisine. On a simple slice of bread it becomes a very tasty bite, not to mention that it is a useful ingredient for the preparation of focaccia, pizza, panzerotti in good company with olives and capers. Excellent for flavoring a tomato puree, a peperonata or any savory pie.
