The black olive patè is a coarsely chopped mixture made without a combination of ingredients, but only with a skilful dosage of Apulian black olives which makes it fragrant and flavourful. Excellent for quickly seasoning pasta and risotto in a tasty way, even at the last minute. It goes well with croutons as an appetizer or snack, but is intended to enhance any dish to which it accompanies.
