The monovarietal extra virgin olive oil "A Beddu Cori" is obtained from Tonda Iblea olives in the area of Villaggio Gulfi south of the Iblei Mountains. Here the D.O.P. oil is produced. “Monti Iblei, Gulfi sub-area”. The olive harvest takes place with manual picking and continuous cold pressing. The oil produced has a veiled green color with golden reflections, it smells of aromatic herbs, green tomato and artichoke. The flavor is fruity with balanced bitter and spicy notes. Excellent with grilled meat and fish dishes, ideal in soups and salads, bruschetta and grilled vegetables. Suitable both for seasoning raw cold and hot dishes and also for medium and long cooking.
