The Sirius extra virgin olive oil has a varietal composition of Cellina di Nardò (20%) and Nociara + Frantoio (80%) olives. The oil is cold extracted from company olives harvested in mid-October and pressed within 4 hours, stored in stainless steel silos and filtered before packaging.

It is a medium intense oil with a fruity scent of fresh and herbaceous olives and a slightly bitter and slightly spicy taste.

Recommended for fresh salads, vegetable purées, steamed shellfish, fish soups, white meat and fish carpaccio, bruschetta and sauces.
